Individual
Therapy

Individual therapy is a place to gain insights, skills and resolution to whatever may be going on in your life that is keeping you stuck. In actuality, each of us has at least one of two character traits that tend to keep us blocked from achieving our goals. You might have even heard people refer to these as their "Blocks". Sometimes it might feel like there are too many obstacles to even see your goal clearly. It is a process that varies widely in time-frame from person to person, however regardless of the concerns you present with, our goal is to support you in your unique journey and help you get to where you want and need to be.

 

Common themes include: Life Goals, Anxiety, Depression, Gaining insight into feelings, thoughts, behaviors that keep you stuck, and empowering oneself to reach your full potential.​ We use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the needs of each individual. These include: Experiential Modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Traditional Psychotherapy, Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness & Biofeedback
